Instead of selling crypto when Biden announces a whooping 39.6% capital gains tax on millionaire investors, why not move to another country?

For instance, Singapore has no capital gains taxes at all.

Its a rumor and one of the reasons why they don't want to move is because the convenience and benefits of being an American citizen. You can't avoid taxes unless you revoke your citizenship.
