Through the tough and turbulent times we have continued to stay put as many areas in the world still surfer highly from the corona virus pandemic, despite the halt in most social and economic activities and the various restrictions placed on some activities, we continue to live through the uncertainty and hope that things get better with time. We urge continued support for the health sector and adherence to the guidelines set to flatten the infection curve and restore a balance globally.

At Pascal, we have been persistent in maintaining and developing out blockchain technology as well as the managerial aspect of the Pascal coin project. We have not relented a bit in the all-round development of the project. The pandemic unarguably slowed the speed of development a little bit and has also reduced community participation, but not a total stop.

A new month brings a new wave of optimism and despite the world remaining in this very difficult time, we hope thing gets better with time.

It’s been an interesting run of days and we bring you the major highlights of the past month as it concerns the Pascal blockchain project.

Changes to core development and management team

Since our genesis block and even before, the Pascal core team have devoted untampered efforts towards the development of the Pascal blockchain and their efforts have led to the development of on the most technologically advanced blockchain in the crypto space. The core development team isn’t immune to changes however and so many amazing developers have joined the team over the time with few leaving due to other personal engagements.

In keeping with this, we wish to announce the newest changes to the core development and management team.

Due to personal reasons and the need to focus on other engagements, Pascal co-founder Albert Molina have handed over the management and development of our main github account to fellow lead developer Herman Schoenfeld. This handover makes Herman Schoenfeld the lead developer of the Pascal blockchain project and the custodian of our github repository, this handover has been concluded smoothly and technological developments have continued in earnest.

We also wish to announce a major change to the core management team and a major change in the management of the project’s treasury and finance and a new custodian of the Pascal development treasury. The new custodian will re-activate our Hong-kong foundation and also proceed with core financial management responsibilities.
