This is easy one i guess.
There is a patterns in every row.
In first row, next alphabet is 3rd alphabet from previous character
In second row, next alphabet is 4th alphabet from previous character
In third row, next alphabet is 5th alphabet from previous character
In fourth row, next alphabet is 6th alphabet from previous character

so answer is P
