I was researching to find a document about Project Cloverleaf which I remembered reading in 2015 & finally I found it.
It covers a multitude of nasties which I wanted to review with the hindsight of our current experiences.
Were these experiments mere hobgoblins?
Or are they now a health threatening reality?

A document which also grabbed my attention was prepared for the US Air Force in 1996, named Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025. That contributes much to our understanding of concepts, capabilities and technologies the United States military considered it required to dominate air and space presently and in the future.
