RE: Blockchain and GDPR.

Thanks for bringing it up, I have also wondered a bit about this subject, and I am not in any way a legal expert, but I also think it can go a bit deeper when we are talking about decentralized blockchains.

Who is responsible for a transaction or as on Hive a posting or comment, and I mean the blockchain entry?

• The dapp you posted from?
• Hive Keychain for signing it?
• The Hive Witness who processed it into a block?
• Or you as the poster since it's your wallet and account and you actually own that?

Just some thoughts.
