well, I own @freelottery on HIVE
and tried to set up just that... The only thing I am missing is a DEV that can automate it for me or at least most of it. I tried to do it manually but that was just impossible
we take the delegated amount, curate with it and use that to pay out the winners, 1 hive is one ticket
