By ratio and proportion:

3 pancakes : 2/3 cup sugar : ¾ cup milk = 2 pancakes : x cup sugar : y cup milk

for;

3 pancakes : 2/3 cup sugar and 2 pancakes : x cup sugar

solve for x cup sugar;

3 : 2/3 = 2 : x
3x = 4/3
x = 4/9 cup sugar

for;

3 pancakes : ¾ cup milk and 2 pancakes : y cup milk

solve for y cup milk

3 : 3/4 = 2 : y
3y = 6/4
y = ½ cup milk

therefore;

4/9 cup sugar and ½ cup milk need to make 2 pancakes (answer)
