The things that comes to my mind about food coloring is nitrate and nitrates haha. Especially food processing in meats where those appealing color of tocino. I don't like process food contained much color, especially I know sodium was there. But in side of Candie's and drinks, that's my question hehe. Candy coloring has nitrate and nitrates too? Pls enlighten me.

Loooll we tested for sodium nitrates in tocino before 🤣🤣🤣 then after that tocino incident, we had like 70+brands of processed foods that needed the same sodium nitrate test and now I hate processed food

Look at all that processed food we had to check 🤢🤢🤢

I only know silver nitrate but that falls under permissible metals since silver in a sense is still counted as an antimicrobial so it's usually safe for consumption
