Reviewing Notion (Desktop, App) - The ULTIMATE tool to Increase Productivity and Organization

*Aja!! * it was time to resume the technological reviews again and although I have not been actively testing new apps (Focus To-Do has me very delighted with the Pomodoro) I think Notion is one of those tools that I have seen in several reviews on Youtube and always put it as a gamechanger for our daily productivity, in essence I did not think it would change much my dynamic but after trying it for a few days I have been quite interested in everything you can do, there are so many options that this web (and app) allows you to do that I think it deserves a review, of course after finding out for a week how the hell to use it, because Notion is one of those tools that overwhelms for everything we can do with it and the free rein it gives us in its platforms, **let's check it out so you can see what I'm talking about! **

I took this image by me from the web.

First let's talk about what is Notion, because I feel that this webapp is so many things, so many that it is a bit redundant just to say that it is a single tool, the Notion platform is a set of utilities such as Notepad, Calendar, To-Do List and even spaces to manage group projects efficiently, all this presented in a minimalist way, I can say that for the productivity issue I am happy when an app brings together all these tools that I will need in one space and I am even happier when it has a platform where it is easy to understand how to use each of these functions quickly, for all this Notion attracted me immediately once I was able to register.

I don't know if I pointed this out at the beginning but Notion is multiplatform, something that comes in handy when I want to switch from being on the computer to the phone and still have everything I need to do in the day, the synchronization issue has given me several problems in other applications but in Notion everything goes smooth as silk, It''s hard to see how well it is doing when you can synchronize with a Google account (another great advantage) all dates, tasks or notes that I put on the desktop app, a real madness that I repeat, to this day and with all the productivity apps that I have taken a look at none addresses the issue of synchronization as well as Notion and that is already a great advantage in the market of apps.

But let's move on to what I have been able to do with Notion, as I said in previous posts one of the things that I find most difficult to do is annotate tasks and put reminders of these tasks so this was a yes or yes must be in the application, and well, not only has let me put reminders but also classify them through tables that filter each of the topics in which I want to frame the tasks, Similar to what Focus To-Do does but taken even further with customization options for basically EVERYTHING we can get on these boards, I've even been able to make a small template to organize all the posts I have pending to do in Hive so that's pretty cool.

Tags are another of the points that shine in Notion especially in the creation of workgroups because with the boards we can assign tasks as well as the performers of that task, times and a space together to organize these projects (where was this app in my college days lol), each board is in turn divided into several fronts where we can place notes or pending tasks plus it also has its particular function to share with multiple accounts Notion or even export if you want something more immediate to show.

Another of the functions that I liked the most and that has kept me entertained for hours and hours is the option of templates, as you saw both the desktop app and the mobile app works with this kind of blackboard where we can edit everything we want, but we also have the ability to create custom templates with various themes, I for example made one for what I have to buy at the market, with prices attached and the days on which and buy x product so that when leaving I just have to take the phone with my shopping list and liisto, quite simple and hassle free.

I have been genuinely surprised by all that this App can do, from its function as a notebook to everything it can offer to manage large projects, I think Notion is one of those options that you just have to try and experience for yourself, best of all and what still has left me with my mouth open is that it is totally free, while other "productivity" apps (I will not say names) happen to charge absurd monthly fees for a fraction of Notion's tools, so that's my review, try it! and share your opinions with me here, I'll be more than grateful.

Thanks for coming! You are worth more than a Bitcoin! :)

I always interested in ways to improve my level of productivity and organization. I have tried apps such as Habitica, it was good to some extent but not all the way. I haven't heard of Notion but it sure seems like an application I would like to test, to see for myself how it can affect my life positively.

We all need to up our level of productivity if we want to live a better life and if they are technologies such as Notion application which can help us, all the better. Thanks for sharing such an excellent productive and organizing application with us @emprendemesta

Although I'm still very hooked on Focus To-Do I think Notion is the main candidate to take over my weekly agenda, I swear I still have some tools and all the possibilities it offers, it's unreal that it's free.
