¡Hola amigos de la colmena!… Hoy me dieron una gran sorpresa, un tío me trajo su Pc para encargarme una tarea; hacerle mantenimiento de Software a una computadora que desea vender. Lo bueno es que esta tarea ya la hice varias veces en mi Pc, pero esto es distinto, debo hacerlo sin pasar nada por alto, eso no parece difícil así que haré una lista de cosas por hacer.

1- Lo primero y muy importante es recibir el computador y en presencia de su dueño revisar que todo esté en orden, es decir completo; mi tío me dice que trajo el computador y el cable para encenderlo y eso es correcto.
2- El segundo punto es aclarar cuál será la tarea que debo realizar y anotar en su presencia cuales son, para evitar cualquier mal entendido.
3- Nota Importante: Mi primer aprendizaje… Entendí que debo aclarar que primero haré una revisión para luego poder decir con seguridad cual será la tarea a realizar, si hay que adquirir algún repuesto y cuál será el costo.
4- El problema; La Pc está muy lenta, él quiere que borre todos los archivos, es decir: Música, videos, fotos, etcétera… Que haga una comprobación de errores del disco duro y luego una desfragmentación de todo el sistema y por ultimo debo instalar un antivirus y hacer un análisis completo y exhaustivo para asegurarnos de que no exista ningún virus en el Pc.

4- The problem; The PC is very slow, he wants me to delete all the files, that is to say: Music, videos, photos, etc... To do a hard disk error check and then a defragmentation of the entire system and finally I must install an antivirus and do a complete and exhaustive analysis to make sure that there is no virus on the PC.

Pienso hacer un diario o mejor un manual donde aclaro y elaboro una lista de las cosas que voy haciendo, este fue el consejo que me dieron para evitar perder tiempo o se me olvide algún detalle en caso de que se repita una tarea similar y así podre desenvolverme con mayor facilidad.

I plan to make a diary or better a manual where I clarify and draw up a list of the things that I am doing, this was the advice they gave me to avoid wasting time or forgetting some detail in case a similar task is repeated and so I can unwind more easily.

Esta Pc me resulto bastante interesante ya que es todo en uno es como una tableta gigante pero muy pesada y no tiene pantalla táctil eso obliga al usuario a conectar un ratón y un teclado, pero aun así considero que esta máquina tiene mucho estilo y comodidad.

I found this PC quite interesting since it is all in one, it is like a giant but very heavy tablet and it does not have a touch screen that forces the user to connect a mouse and keyboard, but even so I consider that this machine has a lot of style and comfort.

Segundo aprendizaje del día; debo aprender hacer respaldos de seguridad ya que la mayoría de las veces los usuarios no hacemos los respectivos “Respaldos periódicos” y digo hacemos porque ya me paso una vez, les doy un ejemplo, debido a una cantidad de apagones que ocurren casi a diario se me daño un disco y no pude recuperar nada… Sé que no todos los países tienen este tipo de problemas pero existen muchas otras causas como una mala manipulación del equipo (darle golpes cuando se queda colgado) son muchas cosas que en ocasiones el dueño del equipo no se entera que los usuarios hacen con el (como cuando “alguien” está jugando y el juego es muy pesado para el equipo y la impaciencia del jugador lo lleva a golpear el CPU).
