Two Perspectives

Here we have a picture of a tweet that so far has had over 120k "likes" and has been "retweeted" 20k times. Next is a second tweet that surprisingly has a single "like" and is unlikely to be "retweeted."

There is any number of reasons that areas flood. The real question is whether the blame can be placed on humans or whether humans have changed the weather. An examination of history suggests that isn't true.
