Since the 4th of June, 2019, I spend a lot of time (usually the afternoons and the evenings) (and most of the days during the weekends) with my Harris's hawk.
Usually without using any technology. Except for times, when I use my smartphone to take some photos about my bird.

I now make it a point to go off, as off as I can for as long as I can, and stand barefoot in the grass at least a few minutes. I feel much better!
