Well, facial recognition isn't doing much if people wear masks, is it. ;)

But I think we are entering a time like we never had before. The dollar based international financial system is falling apart. Soon the big opponents, China and Russia, will challenge the USA with their own world currency, pushing the West into a finacial crisis that makes 2008 like a childs birthday party. It will even have more impact than the 1930s world economy crisis, because there is no recovery - rather a total new beginning at the terms of the new rulers.
And its safe to say, our lives will become worse before it gets better again. Much worse.

I think the mask wearing would add to a push with more cameras & traceability. They wouldn't just need your face. You see in some demos that they tag people like a computer game, with multiple identifiers, number issuing .. it is quite amazing as to what they pick up.

I was thinking of doing a post about financial collapse theory .. those in control will always keep control because they will own whatever replaces the existing system. The main peoples who are hurt are the people who think they have some form of freedom.
My second pondering is the human condition to be creative. The theories of collapse are based on fundamentals that were created by humans. However, many modifications have always been made to change the playing field. Stock exchanges, Corporations, Trusts, Derivatives, Futures Exchange, Cryptocurrencies, Technology, Digital Finance and so on.
The human condition has moved from barter, seashells, salt, coins - maybe we are in the midst of a fundamental change.

I am sure that there will be more wizfangledanglies created to move the goal posts.

I try to remind myself, that 20 years ago, I never thought I would be where I am today, and that, in 20 years time, I have no idea where I will end up.
No matter how much I hold my breath.
