This rule does not exist anywhere on Steem as far as I can remember. It is made up. Anyways, I belive that the reason for the downvote is quite clear as described on my very first commnet. Your post is not a REVIEW but has the "realityhubs" tag. This is considered as SPAM which triggered the downvote on your post. I hope this is clearly explained now? There is no hater, unfriendliness or xenophobia here.
I have already reported probably to ten, unable to read, from your sect: spam - these are your commissar comments. If you cannot pick in team up a specialist in Eastern-European languages , then you just don’t reward the author, go by. And the irresponsible flags from the organization of imaginary connoisseurs is sheer hatred.
