This is called the love bridge but I don't think this is the actual name of the bridge. This style of bridge in Taiwan is called love bridge because if you walk towards it and look up, the structure overhead opens up like a heart!! If you want to see what it looks like you can see the second image in my post here
Thanks once again! :)
Hey, I have a stone bridge from Scotland for you. it connects the mainland with the small island, where´s Eilean Donan Castle built on. For more information you can read my former post: https://steemit.com/photography/@patschwork/scotland-roundtrip-ix-heading-towards-the-isle-of-skye-or-unterwegs-zur-isle-of-skye-en-de
That's wonderful and it looks very peaceful there.
Thank you for this colorful entry!
Long and winding Patapat Viaduct, located at Pagudpod, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.

Lovely view, thank you! I guess you've made that photo through a window?
yeah! I made it from the 32nd floor of the skycrapper. I was having a dinner and when I saw that amazing sunset and the bridge :)
Quite tricky conditions! The glass, against the sunlight, and as far as I see, taken with mobile phone camera ;) Good work!
This is a photo of the longest bridge in the Philippines that connects the Province of Samar to the Province of Leyte.
Lovely photo with amazing cloudscape, thank you!
Thank you very much. We had such a great time going there when we visited Leyte. Such a beautiful bridge.
I can tell by the photo! :)
Bridges are indeed something special, connecting things that are separated ;)
During my last holidays spent in Hervás (More info) we made great excursions such this one to Gata ( More info) where I found this cute bridge called “ El Puente de la Huerta” (40.325399, -6.470175) :

Excellent submission! @drakernoise
The reflection of the sky and clouds is goegeous.
It took me a second to notice the people in your photograph. Glad I saw them because it definitely adds a scale and puts the size of the bridge into perspective!
Thanks for your kind words @ninahaskin.
It's definetely not the best time of the year to take the shot due to the usual drought of our summer but It adds light over such shady spots.
I take the chance to congratulate you on your last winning,!
Such a lovely place, thank you!
It was early in the morning, when we left in a picturesque tourist barge to reach the mighty Amazon River, behind we left the cable-stayed Rio Negro bridge or Jornalista Phelippe Daou bridge, one of the longest in South America that communicates Manaus with Iranbuda. I felt to photograph that river structure that looked immense and white in the blackness of the river. A spectacle in full view of a novel photographer with his newly purchased SLR camera Nikon D3100.
It must have been an amazing trip! Thank you!
This bridge is located near Ella, a small mountain town in Sri Lanka. It's known as the nine arch bridge, and is one of the must-see attractions if you go to this part of the country.
So beautiful, thanks!
Osaka, Japan is a big city, but we can still find nice garden in the middle of all the excitement. I love those bridges, we can see them a lot all around Japan.
What a terrific surprise this morning! 🎊
Thank you very much for selecting my photograph & the SBI! Have a terrific day! @travelcontest Upv & Rsd
Likewise! Thanks and welcome! :) Keep up the great work!
Appreciate the encouragement!💯
The Rama 9 Bridge in Bangkok city that links the north and the south of the city in mid-town Bangkok city it was built as a gift to the late King of Thailand.
Amazing construction... Thank you!
Thanks 👍
Tower Bridge is a combined bascule and suspension bridge in London, built between 1886 and 1894. The bridge crosses the River Thames close to the Tower of London and has become an iconic symbol of London. As a result, it is sometimes confused with London Bridge, about half a mile upstream.
Thank you! I've been there several times ;)
Cool i was there once visiting some friends !!
One of the most spectacular places I've been this summer is Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Besides the below famous bridge, the town is charming and it is included in the UNESCO cultural heritage. It worths paying a short visit when in the Balkans.
Amazing bridge, thank you! I've been once to Bosnia and Herzegovina but didn't have the chance to photograph this beauty... Hopefully soon ;)
A couple of days there should be sufficient. I would recommend it for late spring or summer time. Otherwise, it could be a bit to cold to enjoy it at maximum.
Parked up & at work at the Gulf of Korinth, Greece.
I'm one hour late ;( , yesterdays time change might be an excuse?
Amazing moment and great capture, thank you!
That is your large format camera on the roof, I suppose? :)
Indeed, you are a bit late and it wouldn't be fair to the rest of the participants, I hope you understand! ;)
For sure, no problem :(
Yes, that's my 8x10 Tachihara up there.
Congratulations @travelcontest!
