Okay, so...

I'm after picking up another record player, mainly so I have one to use at home, as the first one I bought id in a carry case form factor, so it makes sense to use it on the move, and have this new one for home use exclusively because the new one has a lid I can close down to protect the record, whereas the portable one doesn't have that at all! Both #record players have the ability to turn records into MP3s, though the newer player I bought also has Bluetooth 5.0, though I dunno what the portable one has at the moment; my exact model is no longer for sale anyway, so it's kinda moot, although there are similar record players for sale out there! In any case, I actually bought a side table for it as well, which has 2 tiers, so I can keep #records under it as well, which is handy. All that said though, my primary focus is to get vinyl game soundtracks at some point (as well as certain other music albums), though they aren't cheap... but at least I have something to play them on!

I got both of them for half price, if not less, so I'm quite happy with that. I do also eventually want to have some sort of service (probably when I get a third record player) where I convert the audio tracks on the record to #MP3, so they can be enjoyed without needing the record as well; I want to do similar converting #VHS to #DVD, possibly a digital video format as well, so they can be enjoyed in the future without needing older equipment to run it, although I would probably sell that as well, if there's a demand for it; there is definitely a market for conversion services, although it's not something I expect to make a lot, the option would be there if people wanted or needed it, though I'd want to practice first.

In any case, when I can finally upload more recent pictures (after my tables arrive) to Instagram and Steepshot, I'll be able to show a picture of my setup, just to break the monotony between computer and gaming stuff a little! This also means that I can cover record stuff in videos too, but for now, that's a rare occurrence, as I'll be focusing on old and new #computing and #gaming stuff, as well as very occasionally #books and #comics, maybe other stuff too... although some of it will probably be shunted to the main channels too, but I need to work out an overall plan for everything first! I am, of course, open to any suggestions for any of the above things I've mentioned, although it does take time and money to get these things, so it may be a little while before they get seen anywhere.

Either way, I am able to cover more stuff now, but it'll take time to make it all fit together! I'll try to upload a few more pics to #Steepshot shortly though, as I want to get things out of the way, so my new social media strategy can take effect. Those same pictures uploaded to IG should also be on #Tumblr and #Twitter, but in the case of those, they're not going to have the full amount of pictures on the timeline (or if they do, they'll be very spread out, like they would be on my Steemit profile), so the best places really are IG and Steepshot, though I may also upload those pictures to #Flickr as well, both as a backup thing, but also as another way to see them, though that will be a little time off, as I need to prioritise the other two platforms first, though I will give updates as to when Flickr gets commissioned, as at the moment, I'm weighing up if I should do it as an album on my personal Flickr, or under a dedicated Stormhaven Nexus one, but again, we'll see what happens.

But that's it for now. Expect updates on Steepshot over the weekend (have to find the larger versions of the pictures), and other posts as I get stuff hashed out.
