The Week Was Awesome 9 Aug

My goodness, you guys! I can’t believe how much you love this ESA stuff! I’m super happy that this is something that is really helping you become even more awesomer… You’re what keeps me going!

1. The sum of NOT our parts: What makes us like what we like
You’re a free agent right? You make your own decisions. The fact that you like sardines on your ice-cream is completely of your own volition right? Or perhaps… there are some other agents at play here?

**2. What’s new with Big Blue: HANA one, and-a two... **
The power of AI and Deep Learning is closer than you think… and more affordable. Oh, and did I also mention, simpler than you think?

3. Scope CREEP
Guess who’s listening in on your most private and confidential conversations? It’s not just your iphone collecting the data – it’s the fact that there are people on the other hand who listen to it too.

4. No brain, no gain
Because “OK Google” or “Hey Siri” is too old-fashioned. What we need are computers that can literally read your mind.

5. What Kenvi learned this week: Do you feel lucky, punctuation?
Aside from the winking emoji, I have never used the semi-colon. This week, I finally discovered the origins of this, the weirdest of all punctuation.

I would think that if you understood Morse Code, a tap dancer would drive you crazy.
