How To Get A Great Unlimited VPN For Free... Forever (No Credit Card Or Personal Info Required)

VPNs, or Virtual Private Networks, are great for protecting your online identity. They work by sending your online information through a secure encrypted tunnel. This can be great for when you're sending personal information over the internet, downloading torrents, or wanting to bypass country restricted content online by appearing to be from another country. The problem with most VPNs is that they either cost money or have restrictions like limiting you to a certain data cap or restricting the number of countries that you can connect to to just a few. I wanted to show you how I get a great VPN with zero restrictions for absolutely nothing. No credit card or personal information will be required.

Let me introduce you to Proton VPN

Proton VPN is my VPN of choice whenever I need one and the best part of all is that I've never had to spend any money nor give out any personal information to them. They take security very seriously as they're most well known for ProtonMail which is a free encrypted email service with top-notch security. This company doesn't play around.

Let's get into it!

First, head over to their website and download their VPN client for your preferred device. Once that's set up, let's get into the next step.

Next, you'll need to create an account with them. Your best bet here is to use a burner or temporary email address. You'll only need access to it to finish signing up anyways. It'll give you a choice of plans either the free plan or the paid plans, just choose the free plan. You'll create a username and password and they'll send you a security code to that email address. Once you've verified that, that should wrap up creating your account.

Then, you'll need to log into the client that you downloaded with your created username and password. It'll ask if you want to upgrade to the paid plan, but just say no. It'll inform you that they'll give you a 7 day free trial to try out the premium features which allows you access to all of their servers as well as accessing servers that allow P2P and Tor traffic.

After your 7 day free trial is over, you can still use the VPN service, but you'll only have access to around 3 different servers. This is fine for just protecting your personal data online, but there's a simple way to restart the trial to keep the full benefits of a paid plan without paying anything.

Simply log out of the client after your trial has ended, go back to the website and sign up again with a new email, username, and password and do all of those steps again (which is why I suggested using a burner or temporary email address). Once you've created another account, you'll simply need to log into the client with your new username and password and you'll have yet another 7 day trial.

Rinse and repeat that last step and you'll have a great unlimited VPN for free, forever, without ever needing to provide your personal info or give out your credit card information.

Enjoy! :)
