that is totally a BS. he's a thief (from former KGB lets dont forget it) who is thief, he stole the power and corrupted all of the great country, from up to down. western countries support him and his regime cause they are intrested to have Russia as a weak state, country with such a splendid natural resources stake and a corrupted rotten economy should not be considered a serious rival - and that is enough said about it. it would not be an exaggeration to say, that in recent years, Russia has not been controlled at all, it has lost control like a ship that lost its captain and 90% of a crew - of course, several drunken sailors are still there, they stand at the helm and turn it back and forth, sometimes they throw fuel into the furnace, and water does not gush into the holes, the ship does not sink and visually its all right - but there are reasons for optimism at all.
