I love using paytm. this is fantastic app to make payment to anywhere.. But I have an issue with paytm. I want to update my phone no. but couldn't do it. At the end I create new account with another no. But I can not update full KYC (Pan/Aadhar) because it is already updated with my previous account. And also I can not delete my old account. So, paytm please help me for deleteing my old account so that I upate full kyc with my new paytm account and enjoy all the features. After loading money into my wallet, I am unable to use it to pay in any shop. Clicking the pay button does nothing and it's not a problem with my internet cause that's working fine. Never faced this problem before! Please fix... Edit - uninstalling the app and reinstalling did the trick. But try not to break your app with an update next time, devs?This is the best app for online transaction be it upi or wallet. It comes with tons of other useful features like majority bills and fee payment and recently the FasTag by Paytm has been of great use. Many online payment portal have Paytm as popular option making it handy. Generally Paytm wallet is faster and easier to use than upi. The developers of this app have done a great job with its features and user friendliness and continue to bring great improvements.
