An update (27/11/20)

This past week, I've felt pretty tired for some reason, though I suppose lockdown has hit med harder than I thought, making my streaming break an even better idea than I initially thought! Anyway, I've not been resting on my laurels either, as I've been doing various bits and pieces (such as research) for future projects, seeing as I want to eventually be able to get around to doing a couple, although right now, I'm making a list for my retro laptops as to what software/drivers/etc. they all need to have on them when I finally am able to get around to reconfiguring them, seeing as if I'm gonna be doing videos on them, some basic outlines are needed, plus I need to know where to source everything I need!

Part of the series will be also optimising things so they run as best as I can, plus I'd also be replacing the internal HDDs on them with various flash solutions, too, and configuring them, seeing as they're all going to serve specific purposes. Additionally, I'll be diagnosing, repairing, cleaning, and refurbishing them too, so they'll look as good as new, or close enough to it. I might also upgrade the RAM, CPU, and GPU on some of them too if at all possible, depending on if I'm able to source the components and get a decent price for them, though I do need to learn how to properly work on laptops as well!

It might also be a good idea for me to finally get the Cybiko stuff out of the way too, thinking about it, especially as there isn't too much I'd need to do there...
