A bill has been introduced to create a “Technology Competitiveness Council” to ensure that the United States stays competitive in national defense technology and artificial intelligence (AI) development. The USA is taking their position in the global arena of AI and technology seriously, and now is the time for serious assessment. The committee will address AI, quantum computing applications and other technologies and will consist of public and private entities to address the multifaceted implications of these technologies. As innovation becomes more pronounced in computing and technology, it is good to see he US take their standing seriously.

The competitiveness council bill introduced was bi-partisan, represented by both Democrats and Republicans, and is to be headed by the Vice President. The committee will be created following an assessment of our current position on technological innovation including an identification of relevant technologies, an assessment on our position in innovation research and what we should do next to ensure our leadership. The bill and committee are about public and private AI and technology leadership and what actions should be taken to move the ball forward on innovation. The charter is relatively open, so partnerships with research universities, private industry and think tanks are all on the table.

A key point to this bill is to ensure that the USA remains ahead of the game on AI development. The seriousness of falling behind in this race is severe, and currently a council to address the security risk of quantum computing exists as well. The USA is taking both AI and quantum computing seriously because of the nation security risks they pose, and the implications for industry and government. AI can help to make issues including supply chains, national security and technological innovation more effective or can be disruptive to our country’s interests.

The United States needs to stay ahead of the pack to ensure national security is safeguarded. AI can be helpful or harmful to industry and government, and both sides of the equation need to be enhanced. We need to spur innovation, and the Technology Competitiveness Council must include provisions for funding innovation through investment and research grants. It is good to see a bipartisan committee headed by the Vice President and vocal support by Senators for this bill and resultant committee.

Watch out for the human traffickers at hivefest. You wont know it until its too late. STAY AWAY! Beware, traffickers can be women or men! They will act nice until they dont. There is human trafficking going on around this type of crypto. I have witnessed it. They literally have attempted my murder and are trying to kill me with V2K and RNM. Five years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation. I bet we can get to the sources of V2K and RNM then. https://ecency.com/fyrstikken/@fairandbalanced/i-am-the-only-motherfucker-on-the-internet-pointing-to-a-direct-source-for-voice-to-skull-electronic-terrorism ..... https://ecency.com/gangstalking/@acousticpulses/electronic-terrorism-and-gaslighting--if-you-downvote-this-post-you-are-part-of-the-problem if you run into one of them you may want to immediately shoot them in the face. 187, annihilate, asphyxiate, assassinate, behead, bleed, bludgeon, boil, bomb, bone, burn, bury, butcher, cap, casket, choke, chop, club, crucify, crush, curb, decapitate, decimate, deflesh, demolish, destroy, devein, disembowel, dismember, drown, electrocute, eliminate, end, euthanize, eviscerate, execute, explode, exterminate, extinguish, finish, fry, grind, guillotine, gut, hack, hang, hit, ice, implode, incinerate, kill, liquidate, lynch, massacre, maul, microwave, mutilate, neutralize, obliterate, off, pop, poison, punnish, quarter, ruin, shank, shock, shoot, shred, skin, slay, slaughter, smoke, smother, snipe, snuff, squish, stab, strangle, stone, suffocate, suicide, SWAT, swing, terminate, torture, terrorize, whack, waste, wreck.
