Astrophysical origin of our shape

We know for long time that we or all elements have an astrophysical origin (see https://arxiv.org/pdf/1011.5627). But probably our shapes are also decided at some astrophysical event long before the formation of our solar system. By our shape i really mean the shape of all organic molecules which determine the life as we see it today. According to recent studies, the preference of a single chiral form of amino acids (i.e L isomer) to survive better compared to the D isomer in certain astrophysical sites may be attributed to the cause of homochirality as seen in life on earth.
