Open Letter To The Steemians and To Justin Sun

I have seen many similar situations in life and what is difficult to accept are change. Steem and Steemit fall in ratings and the idea is brilliant and it's simply impossible why Steem doesn't already have a $ 30 value. There is a lot of talk about freedoms, and in fact we see quite the opposite, everything is about control, old players do not want to let people with different ideas into their circle. From a business standpoint, rulers act as owners, punish who they want, and make money for themselves and their followers who favor them. But now we all see that there is no money in this story, that Steem is losing its value, and in the end, unless the strategy changes, everyone will leave, and then the end will come. 1. Downvote and Profit Removal, 2. Blacklisting Users, 3. Profit Stimulation goes to those who have the highest paid posts (if you vote for those who have $ 20 in the post then your vote is worth more) - This means that in one way, they make you vote for those people who powerful users choose, if you support those who do not earn money in the post you earn less. This is the classic system centralization, the same people are always on top, choosing their loyal players and everyone else who can't defend themselves because they have less Steem Power than they just stop writing. If we want to have massive adoption of Steem blockchain then the system needs to change. Users should be motivated to write posts, and investors should have the highest earning power when voting for new users and those who earn the least money on a post, and when voting for the highest paid posts, their vote should be the least valuable.

There is no logic in punishing those who vote for their child, wife, friend, family.There are a lot of negatives and this tells the real businessmen and investors that these are people who are not professionals. This decentralization with communities is another form of breaking focus, and for success, focus is one of the most important things. If we are talking about freedom and decentralization then everyone should have the same rights and that everyone has the same value of voice. If the vote for the witnesses is monopoly then those who have more Steem Power, and if every user has the same voting power when voting for the witnesses then we get real democracy and freedom. I understand that the old team of rulers are afraid of change, but if they are honest they should look at where Steem is now under their leadership?

We need more business logic, more promotion and marketing. Minuses and blinds should be abolished or everyone should have the right to put someone on the blinds, so I believe we would all be on equal footing. We now know that change is inevitable, and we know that when someone invests millions they do not want to lose money. @justinsunsteemit cannot centralize more society than it is now, users do not care about demagogy, but what matters to them is the reality they can enjoy. @justinsunsteemit mentioned the referrals, the introduction of Steem on all stock exchanges and marketing investments. These are words that every businessman can recognize, these are words that all investors understand. @justinsunsteemit did not even begin to work, nor did he publish the details of what he wanted and how he wanted to do it, and had already been crucified by the old rulers. It's not nice of users to insult him, to use rude jokes, he's the biggest investor in the Steem blockchain.

Everyone praises the Steem blockchain and says money doesn't matter to them, when I hear it I know everyone who talks about it is not honest. I know that it is very important for everyone to make money, but for some it is more important than money to have and maintain their power and position as ruler. If we are to move forward, we need to separate investors and rulers, bloggers and developers and build a free social network with business logic. If I don't love someone, it is enough to mute them, get them off my list, we don't have to kill people with our egos to prove how big and powerful we are, it turns down real businessmen and investors. I want to endorse everyone on the blacklist and everyone who has received the downvotes of being a part of a society that will become a strong supporter of freedom and decentralized democracy.

Leaders are those who take the side of truth, justice, morality and progression in times of crisis. We, as a community, will give our ideas, constructive criticism and support to anyone who embraces creative change in the interest of all users. The changes that come from fear are those that rarely do good. Soft Fork 0.22.2'arose from fears that the old rulers would lose their position of power, suggesting a splitting and a new fork network where the Steem blockchain community would split.Steem is now at 19 cents, it's so painful to watch that many are losing the will to do something smart. If I were a blockchain developer I would create profitable applications for promotion, sales and marketing where a large number of users could make money. We need to understand that when Steem is weak and the whole community is weak. We need a positive change with business logic and people who have experience in how to make money in the real world.

Many seek support, a chance to show that they are worth it. Many need money for basic needs, food, tuition, many need support to fulfill their ambitions and dreams. We are here to become winners with you, to accomplish your mission and dreams. We are here to spark a river of positive change and to support those users who are creative, enterprising and who will lead us to the top of success. For us there is no impossible, for us there is no fear of failure and fear of change, we are a wave that comes from the hearts of honest people. As part of our community, you become a leader and an equal, and together with you, we will walk the path that must be traversed in order to become free and happy.

We are not looking for shortcuts, we are looking for the right paths and the right solutions that free us from the chains of failure. We are a small group of people who become a symbol for the crowd, we are the ones who will provoke an avalanche of sincere support. @justinsunsteemit your vision should resonate in our hearts, your paths should bring us joyous news of freedom and wealth.
