The History of the Iguanodon
Video Source
The Iguanodon was discovered back in 1822. It is a plant eater, better known as a herbivore. They had a narrow head and a long tail. They had the wonderful ability to walk on two legs or on all four legs. Their front feet had five toes. A Spiked thumb to be used in defence, three middle fingers and fifth finger to use for grasping. As seen in the picture, modern researchers think that the Iguanodon walked with it's tail in the air, and it's head lower to the ground to ensure balance.
The Iguanodon was a very big dinosaur.

The researchers are also predicting that the iguanodon's moved in herds, since some of the fossils they have found where in groups.

2. Draw a Iguanodon
My son wanted to learn how to draw an iguanodon, so I searched the internet for a step-by-step guide on how he can draw it.
It must have been 20 years since I heard the name iguanadon! Thanks so much, I think this is the first dinosaur post I have ever seen on Steemit! Awesome!
