Minimum STU to gain attention
I want to help curate and encourage more energy reducing, renewable energy, energy efficiency, Smart Grid, etc content on the STEEM blockchain.
So, what is the minimum vote unit that will encourage this, on its own?
I’m interested in investing in STEEM and have some BTC in bittrex that I can buy up STEEM and SBD.

That is a great question, I do not have an answer. I wonder if anyone has every done any analysis of what size of vote would properly encourage more content.
Of course a bigger question would be is how to let people they will be rewarded for such content.
This may be a benefit of tribes and their related tokens, as they are a community of like minded people who reward post in their community with community tokens.

There are a lot of things going on in this question, and I am hoping that a couple of BTC worth of SP is enough to kick start it.
However, I've been doing more looking around for the type of content that I am hoping to support, and unfortunately I'm seeing a lot of conspiracy theory and "free energy" style content. Free as in breaking the laws of thermodynamics.
This may not be the right platform, or maybe not the right time for this platform.
People who are passionate by renewable energies do not need upvotes to post about environmental issues, but incentives allow us to spend more time to support RE.
Each positive replies are helpful.
