I find it amazing how much development and creativity is going on here, and appreciate a positive post at a time of low prices and baited breaths before HF21 and of course the price. One of the things i love about this place is that is is ALWAYS in flux, which makes it an exciting place to be.. many possibilities, as you say.

When people are narrow on a pillar it is easy to feel stagnant, but for those paying attention accross them (especially dev at the moment), it is incredible. I like the flux and, I like the uncertainty - even though it is painful on my nerves at times.
Yes, me too! I hate stagnancy. I think it might rattle some a little bit TOO much. Perhaps we attract folk who like the flux.

The investors generally don't mind the ups and downs, but those who rely on income will of course struggle whenever price falls.
You know what they say how getting a payrise only lasts two months because life standards expand? Imagine when people get used to getting 10, 20 or 40x what they are getting now. Many people came in at the height of the SBD spike and money was flowing - most sold (I powered it up) and had a lot of fun without looking at the actual conditions or the code.
THe ones in that top 10 list likely sold parts of their stake for hundreds of thousands or millions at that point - then complain about conditions now...
