I like renaming it Redistributing, instead of Flagging or Downvoting.
Much more palatable.
I don't often downvote, simply because I can barely keep up with my feed, let alone head out into Trending and New. I'd be very interested in delegating to a service which does so on my behalf. Steemcleaners, etc.

I think that there will be some kind of delegation services that will pop-up, some better than others I suspect. If enough stake redistributes well, the best creatives will earn more and hopefully in doing so, attract more creatives.
That's why I staked my airdropped PORN tokens. I don't want to profit from them, but if their voting power can be delegated to some sort of downvoting service to deter the most objectionable material I think that's a fairly ethical use of the resource.
That is a very good point indeed.
