A Season's End With Solid Improvement and Optimism for Future - Splinter Stats Ranked Rewards Season 30 Report Card
This is a report I can make with a much happier outlook. Ranked Battle performance was an improvement compared to the previous Seasons. Praetoria will get a lot more lively with Plots clearing and Buildings getting constructed. Even the Splinter Bites are sharing more helpful tips. It has been a great way to introduce players to the lore of the game. I have only read some parts (which is still higher than most players) and I consider them to be very well written. Splinter Lore website needs to be improved with all the hundreds of pages of Lore that is lying around at various parts of the blockchain.
A Speed Tip to Keep in Mind
I play the game 100% manually. I have to calculate the rough probabilities when making selections for the Battle. Knowing that 1 point of Speed difference is 10% chance to miss is a very helpful tip. For a while I was wondering if the ratio of Speeds of the two Monsters were used to determine whether an attack is missed or not. Unless there is some backend code against this, a 10 point difference in Speed should provide complete protection from attacks (when Abilities are not taken to the equation).

I reached 69 Gold Reward Chests at the end of the Season and managed to reach Diamond III. It was not even a struggle this time and I played it cautious to make sure I don't fall back due to some Battles during the last few hours where the Battles do get very intense and difficult.

A long time ago I even managed to reach Max Level for Cards simply earned as part of Rewards. It didn't happen to all the Cards. Lord Arianthus was the first time I had a Max Level Card. At one point, Lord Arianthus was trading for less than a dollar. These are the current prices:

I have used @peakmonsters to manage my Rentals and it has been a great experience. The features and ease of use is far greater than the what is offered by @splinterlands and I highly recommend you try out at a small scale and compare the results against the manual process.

For the DeFi enthusiasts interested in @splinterlands, HIVE-Engine offers the best earnings.The APR is a good reward for the impermanent loss you may experience. I do have some aversion to impermanent loss. Therefore I have only a tiny part of my portfolio in dual asset staking. Your mileage may vary depending your investing preferences.
If you are interested in more Splinter Bites, go to this website by @kiokizz. He is a Guild Member of Roaring Twenties that I'm glad to fight side by side. You can cycle through the Splinter Bites and find important pieces of gameplay knowledge and Lore. If it's possible, @splinterlands should partner with an anime studio to make a series or a movie. A good bull market will definitely provide the few million dollars it would cost to make the anime. The stories are already here. The foundations have already been laid.
