The rental market is dropping in value so I haven't been investing into new cards for the rental market and investing more into the DEC/SWAP.HIVE pool instead.

Thank for the explanation. I don't pay that much attention to the assets I own. I'm not actively trying to build a rental portfolio. I simply add unused Cards on the market to generate some DEC income.
