Why I'm Voting "NO" For 1st SPS DAO Proposal - Splinter Stats Ranked Rewards Season 6 Report Card

We've finally got a real proposal. This is cool people! It's more utility for SPS. You can do more than earning APR & trading :)

How many games you know that allow real voting on what to do with future of game. With Splinterlands we get to have some input. It's not some vocal minority that gets their voices heard. Those with skin in the game are the ones that can make their opinions heard.

127Million SPS Finished Voting

• 430 Million SPS is staked
• 448 Million SPS is liquid
• Total 478 Million SPS

Almost 30% of stakers have made their mind. There's 4 days left. Biggest movers have already made their mind. There will be many who wouldn't vote. It's looking like this proposal will pass.

It's About Sending A Message!

Look... I like the idea. I support it. Proposal is 99.999999% sure to pass. But I don't like the numbers. Basically I like to see revised numbers.

I like less reward concentration on higher leagues I'm cool with Bronze & Silver reward distribution. What if we give 25% for other 3 leagues? Another recommendation:

• Gold - 22%
• Diamond - 25%
• Champion- 28%

That's still an increase - but with a flatter curve. Get me proposal like this! Till that Ill vote "No". It'll send a message to team. I'm getting my voice heard with barely any effort :)

It's been a boring set of rewards. But I'm still grateful I get to play such an amazing game. I get to earn from playing a game. Some dip month is no issue. It was I who missed the gameplay :)

It's better to earn SPS than DEC. It's got waaay more potential for prices to go up. Check DEC ATH vs current price. Compare than with SPS ATH vs current price.

Not a huge difference? OK...

Now think of SPS conversions to DEC. $1 in SPS = 975 DEC. That'll be a huge sell off if DEC goes above $0.001 Now look back at DEC vs SPS.

There's lots of news coming. I think best of reveals are saved for Splinterfest. But I also think most of the upcoming stuff has already been teased. So it won't be a big surprise.
