Thank you Katelyn Ilkani, I thoroughly enjoyed discussing the challenges of the talent shortage in cybersecurity in your Security Economy podcast! There are many opportunities in cybersecurity for those who have the passion and interest, but navigating the path to a rewarding career can be difficult.

We covered so many areas, including leadership, risks, security value, AI threats and ethics, and how organizations can establish a sustainable strategic cybersecurity capability (details at ~30min mark for the strategic capability). We closed with addressing challenges for small/medium businesses, cyber insurance, academia's role, Ethical AI, and the future of the cybersecurity industry.

Such a great conversation!

Take a look at other Security Economy episodes at https://www.securityeconomy.com/ She publishes them every other Friday!

For those who listened to the podcast, I did reference a recent post "The 7 Most Dangerous Digital Technology Trends", which can be found here: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/7-most-dangerous-digital-technology-trends-matthew-rosenquist

The Steem blockchain is currently being attacked by a central authority in order to take control of the witnesses. If you are not managing your witness votes, please consider setting @berniesanders as your witness voting proxy by clicking here to help restore the decentralization of Steem.
