Why it is Important to take good Diet

A lot of children across the world are suffering from one illness or the other, they are malnourished due to the things they eat daily. In most cases children suffer from kwashiokor due to eating malnourished foods as well as they lack some important element to make them grow healthy. Again, most adult be it young or old adults suffer from so called diabetes which it is believed to be caused intake of alot of sugar by the body and no food after digestion does not have sugar so how can we eradicate this. Also they is also a lot of cases of cholesterol and facts which are majorly caused by junk food when taken in high quantity. They are alot of death cases caused by the foods we eat because most food we eat now are days contains alot of chemicals which affects the food. Most things used to preserve and prevent food from spoiling are now threat to our lives they later results to poisoning of the food. A lot of people most especially growing children or youth just take things in to their mouths with out considering thw negative effect, they believe most food are treated and shouldn't harm them but they are wrong.
Moreso, a lot of reactions occur in our food which we don't know like eating hot food served in a plastic material this is a really bad idea but people don't know because they are not aware of the effect of this. Also eating a lot of the same type of food is really bad, it's reduces development as well as making the individual lack of some basic nutrients. Also the intake of alot of juice and other things like beer and the rest affect a lot of system in the body, the best thing that should be drank is water and even tea or coffee or juice but in limited quantity. Another problem of diet is eating of this that one's does not know it source or how it is made, this really affect because a lot of food might have passed so many conditions that would not longer make it safe for eating. Also eating without caution also, this problem is rampant among youth because they eat as they see not regarding the later out come. What I best recommend to be eating is mostly Fruits, but they should be of good shape quality and fit for eating. This is just some of my idea I believe I can share, thanks for reading
