1. Notochor gill slite and dorsal hollow nerve tube present .. so Hence the speciment belongs to the phylum chordata

2. Notochord repleced by berterbra colum Hence the specimen belongs to the subphylum : vertebrata

3. Gill opening 5 on each side of head so the specimen belongs to the class chondrithyes

4. Nortrils of orenary shark type without nesaral grooves and barbles labial furrows for posteriour on jaws so the pecimen benlongs to the order Squaliformes

5. Head nermal with out lateral exponsion so the specimen belongs to the Family Squalidae

6. body covering with placoied scal hence the speciment belongs to the Genus scloidon

7. spiracle absent teeth similar so the specimen belong to species scoloidon sarrokowah
