Some interesting facts about king of the planets

In the cold season, trembling people are looking for sunshine on the roofs of their houses, offices, galleries and wherever sunshine is available, they are looking for sunshine. This sunshine and this light come from the masterpiece "Sun" created by nature, due to which the crop ripens and becomes food for human beings and fodder for animals.

The sun is the star at the center of the solar system. Earth, other planets, asteroids and other objects revolve around the sun. The mass of the sun is about 99.86% of the total mass of the solar system. The sun has an average distance of about 14,95,98,000 kilometers from the Earth and it takes 8 minutes 19 seconds for its light to reach the Earth. However, this distance does not remain the same throughout the year. The minimum distance on January 3 is about 14,71,00,000 km and on July 4 the maximum is about 15,21,00,000 km. The energy coming from the sun in the form of sunshine feeds all life on earth through photosynthesis and causes the formation of seasons on earth.

The sun's surface is made up mainly of hydrogen and helium. The proportion of hydrogen is about 74% by mass or 92% by volume and helium is about 24% by mass or 7% by volume. Other elements such as iron, nickel, oxygen, silicon, sulfur, magnesium, carbon, neon, calcium and chromium are present in small amounts.

The sun's position in astronomical classification is G2V. G2 means that its surface temperature is approximately 5,780 Kelvin. The sun is white, which is often yellowish from the earth due to the scattering of light in the upper atmosphere. This is the effect of subtracting some wavelengths of light from which small wavelengths of light, including blue and violet light, are emitted. The rest of the wavelengths appear yellowish to the human eye. The blue color of the sky is due to this separating blue light.

When the sun rises or sets in the sky, light has to pass through more air to reach us, causing the sun to be approximately 24,00026,000 light-years away from the center of the galaxy Jada. It orbits the Cygnus cluster and completes one cycle in 22.525.0 million years. This period is called a galactic year. Its orbital speed was thought to be about 22020 kilometers per second but a new estimate is 251 kilometers per second.

This situation is astonishing to scientists and they are trying to find out what effect the reduction of solar storms on the sun will have on the world. Past experience shows that whenever the solar storms on the sun stop or subside, the world gets cold. This time around, the effect of a reduction in solar storms on the surface of the sun on the Earth's surface or global warming is also being considered.

The spots on the sun have a lot of magnetism that can be seen from the earth. The sun's rays or ultraviolet rays are reflected towards the earth and the flames rising from the surface of the sun scatter billions of tons of charged particles or electric particles in space. This vibration in the sun is more or less every eleven years. This is the time of the extreme or height of vibration on the sun which is called solar maximum in scientific terms. But at the moment the sun is at a standstill and not the activity that it normally should have been. Decreased activity means the Earth could be extremely cold for decades to come.

Sunlight on the human body provides 90% of the body's vitamin D requirement. Observations have shown that 11- to 13-year-old girls and 14- to 17-year-olds are deficient in vitamin D. According to British medical experts, children who are encouraged by their parents to play in the open air, have a tendency to spend less time at home watching television or spending time in front of a computer than other children, they thrive in the open air. During winter, the sun's emission of ultraviolet B rays decreases.

During winter, the sun's emission of ultraviolet B rays decreases.

The sun emits the same amount of UV B rays. The atmosphere filters UV B. Since the sunlight hits the earth at an angle, it filters more UV B rays in the winter.

So, here is the full scoop: UV B rays are dangerous. They cause cancer.

UV B rays also happen to convert cholesterol in the skin into Vitamin D3. The kidneys convert it into vitamin D2. Vitamin D regulates bone growth and the immune system.

There appears to be a correlation between vitamin D deficiency and the severity of COVID19.

The challenge is to get enough exposure to the skin to produce vitamin D, but not enough to get skin cancer.

The skin of people in northern climates turn white in the winter in an effort to get more vitamin D and tan in the summer to reduce risk of skin cancer.

The best time to catch UV B rays is at noon. But I think that people should limit their exposure.
