How meditation is good for our mental health?

Meditation means that you focus your attention on a specific object, such as a word, a sentence, a candle, a geometric shape, or the fluctuations of breath. The human brain, in general, is a place of thoughts, from the bottom of which bubbles of thoughts arise which either disappear in the brain or they are transformed into human actions, impressions or feelings, some of these thoughts leave positive effects on the human body and some negative effects.

Negative effects that occur throughout the day make a person tired by making him feel sleepy till evening. This daily process accumulates layers of negative effects on the human body and eventually the human personality is buried under these layers, which he cannot feel but others feel.

Meditation has been a part of the human process for centuries, sometimes unknowingly, when a person gets tired, he closes his eyes in a relaxed position and leaves the mind blank. This relieves the fatigue of his body which is caused by constant use of mind. Or he meditates himself knowing the benefits of meditation and goes to sleep for six to ten minutes and after waking up he feels better than before. But this is called a power nap, it lasts up to thirty minutes.

Centuries of experience have shown that it depends on a person's willpower, his mind, at what time he brings the body into a state of peace. But in the beginning it should be twenty minutes, why? There are two periods of sleep. These are called normal sleep and deep sleep. In normal sleep human eyes move and in deep sleep they become still. Both of these conditions reflect the mental and psychological conditions of human beings.

In normal sleep, a person dreams and in deep sleep he leaves the world of dreams. The first stage of deep sleep, since it is accompanied by raw sleep, therefore the speed of movement of the eyes slows down, but the muscles remain active. In the second case, the sleep is deeper, so it is a little harder to wake up. But in the third and fourth case, even if drums are played near his ear, after a slight movement he will again become oblivious and when the mind completely removes its fatigue, his eye will be opened.

Brain waves are Gamma 30-42 Hz, Beta 13-30 Hz, Alpha 7.5-12.5 Hz, Theta 4-7 and Delta 0.1-4 Hz. In the beta waves, the human mind is fully awake and active. Going from a raw sleep to a deep sleep, the brain travels through theta waves and enters the valleys of the delta waves, which are settled between 0 and 4 Hz. From here the return journey begins, remember that there is no time limit for going from Alpha to Delta, you go to Delta Valley as soon as you go to bed or you stay in Alpha till morning.

Man has five senses which are activated when he is awake, but in sleep, only three senses work, the sense of hearing, the sense of smell and the sense of touch. The sense of tasting and seeing, sleep with the brain. But these five senses are fully active in the subconscious.

Meditation is the name of a smile in sorrow, evil, grief, sickness and despair. Through which you can push out the darkness of destiny that enters your body. Darkness, which enters the human senses with light, causes the human body to suffer pain, evil, sorrow, sickness and despair, which leads to physical and mental fatigue. Meditation does not allow them to cross the 24.9% limit imperceptibly and by burying them in the depths of the earth, brings physical darkness to zero.

Meditation requires concentrating consciousness on a single point, bringing the brain waves to 6 to 10. This is the part where your brain is at the crossroads of consciousness and subconscious, almost cut off from the outside world. But subconsciously, he is searching for the hidden pearls. But it does not bring them to consciousness, but opens the way to where the pearls of memories lie which have broken the chain.
