Where I'm from, Mexico, in the 80s and early 90s there used to be no magazines, pamphlets or any publications about mini computers. The magazines that arrived in the country came from the USA and some from Spain, although in the case of the magazines from Spain, the magazines arrived after 3 months of being published.

We always had a pretty good selection here in the U.S. I had a Commodore 64 so my favorites were RUN and Commodore Magazine. Searching for computer magazines from this era today it looks like the U.K. had by far the largest selection of these kinds of magazines.
