So the social security offices are closed (due to the big C I'm guessing) but libraries can open and deal with all the problems that's causing the older generation. 🤔

As far as I know, they are still closed, or at extremely limited capacity. And even under normal circumstances, it is a good 30 miles to get there from here.
Most other libraries also seem less helpful than we are, with a pervasive sense of fear. I can only assume federal offices are even worse.
