Weaponized food?

I asked this question to a general hyper-conspiracy account on Twitter.
But, I am very interested to know what you folks think about it

So, if there was such a thing as the food armed with some weird weapon, what would happen if a person with altered body system with some nano tech or whatnot comes in contact with it.

        Ideally, from the point of view of the eater, said weaponised food would cause no ill effect.
