Sorry, you can only submit unpublished content (i.e. never published before, anywhere, including Hive).
Submitting a link to content that was just-published-on-Hive does not count.
You need to submit the original content directly to Proof of Blind, before you publish it anywhere else -- and you must refrain from publishing it anywhere else for at least one full week.
After you have created some new content, you can submit it by following our new submission procedures, which are detailed here.
