Health is wealth but most times we forget to norture our health, having a good health is one thing that every human should take very seriously.

it's far easier to get money and some other good things of life when you are healthy, alive and strong. There are many unforseen circumstances and some times we cannot be too careful but at least we can try our best to live right and encourage a healthy living.

Managing stress can help your over all health l, because stress takes a toll on our creative and productive senses. We need to avoid any activity that stresses the m8nd or our body.
