Black-billed Nightingale-Thrush (Catharus gracilirostris)
They live in humid and cold oak groves in the high regions, such as San Gerardo de Dota in Costa Rica. Normally they travel alone on trunks or low branches while raising the tail quickly and flapping the wings. Move forward by jumping and making sudden stops or quick runs to catch insects, spiders and berries.
