Yep I've seen that video. Seems like a crazy idea but it makes sense to use car resources more strategically like this.

London is pretty hostile to cars now. 20 mph just about everywhere and central London forget about it. Costs a fortune to drive with the daily congestion charges.

Got to admire Casey's clickbait title 😂👍🏼
