Sky Train

Sometimes when we have an unstable fast moving air mass. Cumulus clouds can rapidly form in rows, like train cars streaming by. These clouds are now dissipating as the hot convective air cools just before sunset.

I like your metaphor with regard to trains! That's a good one. I can totally see it and picture it in my mind. Some of the clouds in this shot look like a train as well. This is a neat shot of a beautiful place and a very creative metaphor as well!

Hey, this is what I was shooting a few days ago when I talked to you on the phone. I thought it was really choice at the time. Ive got a few more good ones from up there. Clouds are great to compare with earthly shapes. We used to do it as kids. Thanks.

I like the train analogy. The clouds also look like a big stream of smoke and vapour from a steem engine. Cool photo :)
