Nostalgic Black & White Sci-Fi

This is a collection of 10 pictures I captured from a couple of really old books, printed more than 20 years ago. They were all sci-fi books written by the great Isaac Asimov. Let's check them out.

This next one is really amazing. It's a model of the earth based on the ancient ideas that believed the earth was on the back of some elephants, which themselves were on the back of a giant turtle floating on water:

This is an imaginary design of a spaceship, it's amazing how close it is to the models of modern spaceships:

The next one is a picture of a black hole and a misfortunate spaceship that is falling into it:

I've always been fascinated by Sci-Fi stories and pictures. When I was a kid, I used to collect every nice picture that I found in magazines and newspapers. It has always given me this feeling that we are living in a fantastic world, and we can make it even more magical by the power of our imagination.
