Yes so much in life rests on balance, on achieving that balance so that we can experience true well being. Meditation for me is through dance, through movement as I connect with my inner calm and the energy of the earth, surrendering to the music and allowing my body to flow with ease. Thank you for this wonderful introduction to Taoism and Wu Wei xxx
