Weekend (Week-in) Review

• I texted a guy my buddy from college knew for a job. Was texting him unprofessional?

• Reviewing ecosystems every day this week highlighted more opportunities already. Last year, too little review cost me a couple grand. Also, misunderstanding my role presented a huge risk I did not calculate.

• Trader, I am not. Learner and earner, I am.

• Ethereum costs a lot. Too much to pay to play, thus like the HIVE platform, research offered me competitively priced alternatives.

I spent .5 ETH on gas fees! The audacity!

• Staking is like renting your house out to Airbnb. You still own your house, but you give up control over it for a bit in exchange for financial compensation. This perspective reminds me why education remains the most important factor to adoption.

Loop Markets, for example, leverages a post-to-earn model. Not many sites speak to me like Hive does (Amazon photography soon, acid) – but this year, multiple platforms could not be a better setup for my model.

Last week,

I lacked discipline in care for my body. While the story reads romantically if I complain I did not sleep due to passion, my wellness will fall; snow piling up looks serene, while congested streets of traffic bring stress. I feed myself well, though my budget tightens better than the Fed. Takeout makes sense until it takes out, earnings, then it makes little cents to continue. To this week, I plan for regular outings, once a day to meet Nature, her excellence. No doubt Thoreau inspires, but ultimately cabin fever remains a real illness as well. I reserve Fridays for fast food too. Imagine, shortcuts are thieves of your time. What I save in time and effort, I pay in realized profits and wellness. I journaled well, and insist the readings continue. The last time I felt so informed, I spent an hour on call at a summer desk job, wrangling with the concept of cryptocurrency. The time in front of screens, namely the desktop, must decrease if I’m to sleep better. I am pleased I consumed older films. I feel my visual palate expanding with each recommended view.

Hidden from View Yet On Everyone’s Lips

On everyone’s lips, yet viewed as hidden, I see. Four years after the all time high, a new record breaks for Bitcoin. Many views dub the asset as risky and complicated, like a text from an ex. Yet rewards fuel the mania as tech moves forward. A short blurb from the weekend paper of a business journal details the history of the prefix ‘crypto’. As an aside to present times, the author names Elon Musk, eccentric tycoon, as an attention catalyst. If adoption depends on one factor, it feels like celebrities. However, attention may drive the economy, education improves it. A tweet may only last a blip in the public timeline, how are people held up by noise so easily? The education sits far from simple, alright. Scarcely anything feels difficult once you involve yourself, I respond. Ignore the bird’s chirp. Take flight.
