Eating Fruit Daily aids metabolism

Alot of research has been carried out on dead people, autopsy are carried out across the world to Know what is really causing the death of young ones as well as adult. Some of the death might be cause by accident, carelessness and so on. But the most causing factor of prematured death is what we eat and digest everyday. Every now and then you see a lot patient admitted to the hospital all suffering from Condition or the other if we check most of the results of the sickness we see that it is as a result of what they are eating daily. We complain of stomach upset most time, we also complain of tooth decay, we also complain of in digestion but what are things we are consuming first we take a lot of sweet things like chocolate, candy and so on in excess we if go as far as taking a lot of junks without consciousness and later we discover our stomach is upsetted and we feel in convenient.
Also we take in a lot of chemicals from the so called preserved food from the so called preservatives which we believe it helps the food from spoiling quickly, so we just eat everything regardless of the later results. This is really causing a lot stomach, digestive system and internal organs damages.

As for me the best thing I suggest we should eat on daily basis is the Natural grown and beautiful Fruits rather than most chemicals we call food. Fruits contains everything we need for growth, good health, beautiful skin, good metabolism and so on. They are variety of different Beautiful and lovely Fruits that when taken the body is very healthy, does Fruits reduce the problem of heart burn, indigestion and even make the body internal organs healthy. For instance taken carrot regular we give vitamin as well as making the eye clear and sharp as well as taken ginger onion and garlic reduces the effect of cancer of the body.
Moreso, taken a lot of fruits regular clears the small and large intestine making them free from fat and all sorts of dirts present in the body. Also taken fresh fruit reduces skin dryness and nourishes the skin and makes it glowing and beautiful. They are a lots of fruits and vegetables because vegetables are also has Important as the Fruits in the body. So we should take more of fruits and vegetables in our diet on daily basis to make us grow healthier and happier.
