Anger and Irritability:seasonal fruit & non-seasonal fruits

Eating fruits provides the body with protein and calcium. And each fruit has its own benefits. But I have seen some people do not eat fruits at all. When I mentioned this to a doctor, he said that people who do not eat fruits get angry and irritable and those who eat fruit are less angry and irritable.

The doctor has been further asked if anger and irritability is the name of a disease. He said that if the habit of anger and irritability is becoming permanent then both these conditions become ailments so they need to be overcome initially. So that the person does not suffer from a more serious situation later.

I further inquired what other illnesses that a human being may have caused by the irritability and anger of Dr. Sahib. So he said that life-threatening illnesses such as hypertension, heart disease, headaches, headaches, sleep apnea, and tension could all strike the brain.

The doctor said, "I have given a short list, while eating fruits does not reduce the immune system within the body."

I further asked the doctor which fruits we should most like to eat in order to avoid all these diseases. That keep us safe from all these diseases.

The doctor said that we should eat every seasonal fruit in its correct season because the seasonal fruit it produces is more immune to the invading diseases. And so we can pretty much protect ourselves from this season's illnesses.

When I heard the word seasonal fruit, there was more inquiry as to what is meant by seasonal fruit and what is meant by non-seasonal fruit. So I asked them to explain it.

The doctor said that the seasonal fruit is the fruit of the that season is called the seasonal fruit and if it is summer and you are eating the fruit of winter season then that fruit will be called non-seasonal fruit which are available in the market today.

The doctor himself stated that eating non-seasonal fruits has led to allergies, vomiting, diarrhea, and digestive disorders, among those who eat unhealthy and non-seasonal fruits in large quantities.

Then the doctor said that if you are eating non-seasonal fruit then using it in juice shape.that will not harm. And the doctor insisted that if you are a patient, you should eat fruits only on the advice of your doctor.

I thanked the doctor and people else was present there and said, 'Your talk was very helpful and I am happy to go on my way.
