To be honest , to work on steemit or steem blockchain , you have to be active on community and interact with other people , that's what I learn because I am working on this blockchain and on steemit for almost 1 and half year... You have to be active on communities and try to engage with others...
No idea about other blockchain, I have checked Cent but didn't find anything exciting for me to be honest...
